Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays) and our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours of processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
All orders are shipped by with Tracking information provided. Currently we make shipments using Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS
Please review and ensure your shipping address is complete for Canada Post. We are not responsible for delayed or non-delivery due to errors in the address information provided. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the order less the shipping costs and ask that you re-submit your order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carriers site.
